I have also purchased my gown from Lidia's in Copiague they are very nice there and helpful. She is a vendor on this site.

I got my dress here as well, but the alteration process for both my dress and my Bm dresses has been a - DISASTER!!!!- I would never go there again or recommend anyone to go there for alterations either. Sorry, JMO

My dress is from Adriennes and my mom will probably get hers there too...BM probably form Bridal Suite in Huntington

Klienfelds. It's the first place I went, and had an awesome experience there. They know exactly what types of dresses to show you, just by asking a few questions and looking at your body type. I bought the second dress I tried on.

RK Bridal - best if you want a Maggie Sottero especially - lowest prices around.

I ordered mine from Kleinfeld's. I really didn't want to order it there because I didn't want to have to go in there from Long Island for fittings, but my SIL talked me into going and I loved them there. Another salon had my dress, but Kleinfeld's gave me a better price.
ETA: I went to Lillette's too & loved them there, but didn't find anything I really liked there. Gerri helped me. She was wonderful.

I ended up purchasing my dress at Patchogue-Paradise Bridal.
But, I would have gone to Fantasia in Rocky Point too.
They were both good.
(not to be confused with 'Bridal Suite' in Patchogue) they weren't bad but they had more of a selection at Paradise.
