This is a horrible picture of her...she looks old.

It seems alot of artist and celebrities are changing their looks.

I still think the best change was Kelly Rippa, he new style looks awesome.

no need to answer I read the thread. CHin up, I always tip well and so does hubby. I only don't tip well when the person is not attentive or plain ole horrible or does not smile and treat us like she is happy to be serving us. I am very big on customer service,, I used to work at Mcdonalds in my college days and as a teller at a bank

Cheat on your tip outs They dont know how much you make in tips,just credit cards

I wish I can do that but they calculate it on the total amount of food you sold. So if my sales were $300 they will calculate the 4% out of that automatically.

The only thing I don't do is claim all of my tips, they tell me just claim 10% of what your food sales were. You really have to claim the whole thing but not really.

Yes the IRS because they look into that at the end of the year and you have to file an I90. This way you don't have to pay much back.

Yes,Corporate restaurants have so many stipulations,its better to go somewhere small & quaint with a good reputation.I work at a waterfront restaurant in the summers.
