Considering two options...

Salon Da Noi - Bay Ridge....Olympia

or my cousin. she's free. I can do unlimited trials with cuz though.

I'm considering either Helene of Art for both hair and make-up or Pilo Arts for hair.

but tomorrow im going with my MOH to a new salon across the street from me. just opened. shes getting her hair did.

guna see how they do it and see how much they charge for everything

il give u a full report!

just be careful with pilo its insane there and sometimes you get rushed

Really, I went there 2 weeks ago and it was slow on a Saturday. But I would not be surprised if the one day I want them to do my hair, it will be packed.

yeah I went for a make-over before I went to my colleges formal a few years ago and keep in mind it was prom season but it was crazy

I wouldn't recommend Pilo. I could imagine they will charge you an arm and a leg to get your hair and makeup done.
