Brown bridesmaids dresses w/PIC

I found a cocoa colored dress that I really like for my girls but I don't know what fall flowers would go with it and my FH is not happy because he wanted to wear black and silver tuxes.

What color could the guys wear with this dress?

(unfortunately there's no other good color choices with this dress and I've searched everywhere for a post-prego body as many of my girls are giving birth right before my wedding).

For the girls we ade doing fall flowers (same color as yours) orange yellow etc

Guys black tux with stripped brown and orange ties saw this while googling fall wedding attire and themes

be careful w/ brown.... I had the same problem, its hard for the whole picture to not look 'pumpkiny' If he wants to wear all black you could go with gold... thats what Im doing.

I would love to do gold, just haven't found a dress that flatters the girls. I love the burgundy and gold look. What dresses are your girls wearing?

I originally wanted chocolate brown brown but ran into the same problem. I didn't like the way black tuxes looked with brown accents (tie/vest/etc) so I changed my colors.

I just went to a fall wedding where they did deep eggplant dresses and then all the brown and orange fall accents and it was so elegant and beautiful.

Im doing dark gold, and olivey green and burn orange, just on the tables....

Not sure about the tuxes? FH doesnt care, i think he secretly wants me to make him wear a white one or something.

I didnt want a gold dress, but the only one the girls like only came in gold, but we are gonna look one more time. This dress is soo flattering... even in gold Ill send it to u if you give me a few.

hey my fellow 10/8/11 girls, im doing a deep puprle color for my bm dresses with probably a bright yellow bouquet with purple accents. the flowers in the centerpieces will bring in more of the fall look with oranges and reds i have pics of the dresses and color in my album 'wedding purchaces and decisions'

#1 LOVE THE DRESS

The girls can have white calli lillies as a bouquets or ou can bring rusty colored flowers. I would go to the tux place and see what colors the vests come in and then you can get a better idea

I think I'm gonna go pick up a swatch of the brown color and then go to a tux place and see what they recommend. My original thought was always getting wine or eggplant dresses which is so much easier to match. So frustrating!!

Love how many 10/8/11 brides we have though!! :)

I'm doing chocolate brown too kat! Our boys are wearing tan suits, but that might be too summery if you are going for a fall look. I do like the look of the brown vests with black tuxes though!

For flowers, I saw a beautiful boquet with orange calla lilies that looked stunning with brown dresses. I love the dress you picked too.

I found a picture of orange callalilies and I think that would look great!! Thanks Chantelle!! I just have to talk Billy into liking brown. He really wanted to rock the black suit, black shirt and silver tie look. Hopefully we can compromise somehow! :)
