Bubbles

Hi Ladies!
Those of you that used or are using bubbles....how did you distribute them? Did you wrap them in tulle or anything?

Do you need to have bubbles for everyone? Or maybe 1 for every three? I think it will be mostly kids who grab them...

Any thoughts?

The ones I got didn't work, so make sure you test a few out before you but them.

I put a piece of white curling ribbon on each one, then they were in a basket, then I put a lot of white ribbon on each side.

We had a little bride and groom bottle and tied some sheer burgundy ribbon around the top of them. The ribbon looked nice, since they are sort of bland without any decoration. My niece gave them out after the church mass and I had them in a white basket. I got all the bubbles and ribbon at Michaels and the basket at Tri-County Flea Market for about $7.

I bought 2 boxes of 24 and we did run out. I had about 100 guests coming to the reception, but I knew that they wouldn't all come to the church, but if I had to do it again, I would have gotten a third box. there were some people who were not invited to the wedding that showed up at the church just to see us. I figured I would rather run out than buy bubbles I wouldn't use, but they aren't really that expensive.

Edited to add: Actually, it wasn't just the kids that wanted them. A couple of adults asked me if there were any more, because they didn't get any!

I put them in a basket with my cry packets.
