BUMP ** Ceremony ?'s

So i am preparing my ceremony music.

What is the order that people walk in and how many times do they play music (Ex. when guests walk in, when parents walk in, etc.)?

I think it's entirely up to you. In some cases, the groom and best man come out a side door on to the 'altar' while the groomsmen either escort the bridesmaids down the isle or walk single file. The maid of honor would usually come out after the men have walked down, with the other bridesmaids following her single file. I believe the same song is used for the entire bridal party. When the bride comes out, usually the song changes.

Before the ceremony starts, the guests would be walking in usually to background music. When the ceremony begins, the new music would begin also.

I don't know if everyone has their parents walk down the isle during the ceremony or if they are just escorted by ushers/each other before it begins.

I believe the traditional way is for the MOH to be right before the bride with all the bridesmaids walking down the aisle BEFORE her.

THIS is the norm. I have also seen where some people play different songs as their parents walk down. Then a different song for the BP. In additin some have the men walk down with the girls (except the BM) , OR they all came out on the side and teh BM all walk down by themselves, then the MOH, then the flower girl, then the bride. HTH
