BURTONS???????/

I see a lot post about this place.. what is it?
is it a regular wedding salon?????

its a place for flowers, wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. They have great great prices. I ordered all my dresses and flowers from them.

It's definetly not a regular bridal salon and it will probably turn you off when you first get there and see it but they are very helpful and everyone that I saw getting altered the day I was there looked very happy with the work. Also, they get gowns your looking for discounted less then in other shops and if they dont have it they will order it for you. They also do flowers downstairs.

I agree, I actually was just there for a fitting for a BM dress and the place was nothing to really brag about but the service and PRICES were awesome. I don't know anything about their flowers but from what I have seen from other brides they do nice work

Almost. I dont think they can order some high end dresses like Lazaro, but call and ask. I know they are able to order Eve of milady and demetrios. I know you have to go in for an appointment before they can give you prices. But its well worth the trip. Good luck!!

I ordered my dress, my bm dresses there and my flowers from them. Two of my cousins used them and loved them. They are very helpful and do have great prices!

They can order any dress, unless it is a dress that is made for only that bridal salon. I had found a dress I liked at a salon, but unfortunatly it was only made for that salon. So they couldn't order it, but many many designers copy each other so i found almost the exact dress by a different desinger that they could order. In the end I ended up with something totally different and Carol was patient through it all!
If u bring a pic of a dress and they can't order it they will help u find a similar dress like it.

i found the dress i wanted at bridal reflections, for $995. i got it through Burton's for $680.

I ordered my gown at Burtons. It is Paloma Blanca and was more reasonably priced then any other place I looked. The real reason why I ordered my dress at Burtons wasn't the price. Carol is awesome, she was so patient with me and I am a royal pain. The place is small, nothing to look at, and they don't have a huge selection but I did find my dress there! They will order whatever you want for you as long as they have access to the designer.

ok bottom line - the place on the outside is a house with spray paint writing on it- just shy of a dump if you ask me- and the staff will not fall all over you- they will not serve you champagne and strawberries and i guarantee you will have to share the pedestal with someone....

HOWEVER, carole is very knowledgable and knows what dress to recommend for you. also, they have the best prices. at the end of the day, the price and dress were more important to me and i ordered my stuff there- including my flowers.

make an appointment and go there with an open mind. i guarantee you will find a great dress and great bridesmaid dresses there- the bill levkoff selection is great!!

I agree they will not provide you with service by any means...I was in there for 5 minutes and had a flower quote..although it was a good quote I felt like i was a burden on them and they had something better to do...one of my friends booked them and I will let you know how her flowers come out...she is getting married in june.

I was considering ordering my Lazaro gown through them - so they can get the higher end dresses. Kleinfelds priced the gown at $3600 and Burtons said they could get it for $2950.

And I did not have to have an appointment first - I was given that quote over the phone. I just gave the woman the style number of my dress.

I agree it is a great place.

I had a firm budget in mind for my dress. I went to one popular bridal salon and they only had three dresses in my price range. WHY? Because they charge a lot of money for the same dress. A bride who purchases from that 'salon' is paying for the location (higher property taxes), the fancy decore, etc..

Yes, Burton's is not a fancy place but who cares. I found Carol to be very helpful and real. Honestly, some of the attendants at the salons seemed very hoity-toity to me. The cheapest place I found my dress was $950 then I called Burton's and it was approx $600 with tax!!! I saved over 33% on the price of my gown. Since I'm paying and I'm a teacher, I figured that's X amount of less classes I have to teach to pay for the gown. Personally, I can't see paying more money for the same exact dress.

Since I saved over $350 I put it towards a pair of pearl earrings I can wear for many more days than my wedding gown.
