My Mom just told me she bought the butterfly release...For after the church!!!!!!
I am obessed with Butterflies and always thought it was so expensive--But she told me last night!

I've only seen that on TLC's a Wedding Story. It was absolutely breathtaking. Especially when you see the peoples faces after their released. I loved it.

They are a great idea and it's very cute, but honestly I know a couple of people that did it and every bride said that it didn't work to well. Alot of butterflies were caccuns still and some died. They come in individual boxes with the caccuns in it.
I hope it works out with you. That's just the experience and what people of told me.

it does look pretty......but sadly sometimes they are dead b4 you even get to release them! My sister wanted it and we got a trial box......more than 1/2 didnt make it! So she decided not to do it!

YES! That happened to a friend of mine and the whole crowd opened the boxes, looked down and everyone went 'oooooohhhh awwwwww' and there was an overall groan b/c they were all dead But I'm sure if it is a reputible company you should be fine!!

i am definitly planning on doing this.,.. i have been speaking to two companies that gaurantee they are alive... i am sure that all arent but... its wirth trying.. i LOVE butterflies and have always dreamed of it!!!

I have been to 2 weddings that had it and yes it looks pretty, but sadly so many died as soon as you opended up the carboard they were in. I think from being in there, they got very weak and most just fell on the floor when you opened it and people were stepping on them

i went to a wedding this pasy july and they let butterflies go. it was soooo pretty. and they had no problems. actually a butter flylanded on the brides bok it was sooo beautiful. i thnk it has to be really warm for them to fly. fmm me if you want to know anything i can find out where they went to get them.
