BUUUUURP!!!

When will Nicolas no longer need to be burped? He rarely burps as it is and spits up like a fountain. He changes clothes more times than a runway model...

I think its definately mothers instinct on when they dont need to be burped any more!
SEE? Those instincts are natural and only mommy knows best!

He just wants to try on some new outfits and thats the best way to tell you!

Well aside from a change of clothes or diapers here and there, he's a GREAT Baby!

Claud that's a good question. I just assumed he spit up a lot because he NEVER burps after a feeding. He doesn't have any other issues though, like gas or colic-like symptoms. I'll have to look into it.

My little Bear Cub has never been much of a burper herself, you can sit there until the cows come home before she does it. Then there are other times you pick her up and she lets one rip -- she sounds like a truck driver sometimes!!! And I also noticed that if she doesn't burp, she spits up a lot. Someone also told me that she might have reflux, but my goddaughter had it and she was CONSTANTLY spitting up. No sooner did she drink something, it came up and out! I don't think Nicky has that, I just think it's because he's not a burper!!!

Give him big kisses for me!!! I can't wait to meet him!! He's so friggin cute!!!!!

Jenn, this is a very good question!! One I never thought to think about or ask!!

Well if my kid comes out with gas like it's father, heck I'll be changing it 24/7. He can open up his own EXXON with the amount of gas he discharges on a daily basis.

Molly burps could challenge a bar full of frat brothers.

I was wondering that, but he seems fine otherwise. No gas or crying... it's definitely something for me to ask the doctor.

Of course today he hasn't spit up at all... he just loooooves to make a liar out of me!

Sean went through a period - less than a week - where it seemed like he was spitting up more than he was eating!

He sits up now and basically burps himself. I'll give him a few pats if he doesn't burp within a few minutes after eating. Works like a charm.

The best was when he turned his head just in time to burp right in my face... ahhh. I won't miss that. Gotta love that Similac Advance smell!
