Would you buy china on ebay? I found the china I want for $40 cheaper (each place setting). My mother was going to buy it for me so I would like to save her some money. It says the seller is top rated and they do offer refunds. What do you think?

I would be careful for knockoffs. Take a look at the seller's feed back. See what other people are saying about their transactions. And see what else they are selling.

I love EBAY-(im a top rated seller on there too lol)
I would def check their feedback, and where they are located. But as a buyer paypal covers you if you ever to get a knock off you can dispute it and paypal will cover all fees(they are really good)
