First of all im not trying to insult any past Leonards brides... but their cakes are so ugly. Im really upset because now I have to go spend atleast $1500 from an outside bakery. I refuse to use their cake and then be unhappy about it! Anyone know good but CHEAP bakeries!

ditto.. the most amazing wedding cake i ever had came from there.. it was a wedding at the manor east a longgg time ago..but im pretty sure they do clm... and now we always get our cakes from there.. yummmyyyy!!!

For my e-party CLM used black forest and it was delicious and i hear they make nice fondant type cakes...go check them out...also another bakery people rave about on here is audrey's or wait is it aubreys?

I live in Lindenhurst and that is the bakery we use for everything. The cakes are amazing.

I have heard that my RH's cake are so-so. I cant have a so-so cake at my wedding. I will have to use an outside baker, dont know who yet. Some RH's give you a credit or something added on to your CH if you dont use their cakes, so something like that, ask them to find out.

i grwew up in lindenhurst and like 2 or 3 times a week when family would come over for coffee..they would always bring something from black forest..man o man..that place is amazing
when i took FH to Ny to meet my family..we went from the airport right to black forest..its so frigging good there

Wow, they're ugly! That's insane....what are you gonna do, spend an extra 1500? Are they gonna somehow give you a discount off of your price or add something to your package to make up for you not using the cake?

I have a cousing who is a pastry chef and does amazing work ( she made her own cake!) I am hoping she will be able to do it.
If not...I will have to do some research
