WE had a marble cake with a chocolate mousse filling that had mini chocolate chips in it!

Marble cake with one layer chocolate mousse and one layer cannoli. I think our cake is 5 tiers.

we're either having chocolate mousse or chocolate pudding. we're keeping it simple. and everyone likes chocolate - as opposed to fillings like canoli cream, etc. which my family doesn't care for.

We chose to have a vanilla yellow cake with white chocolate mousse filling and fondant icing.

We get a choice of 2 fillings, and FH and I can't agree!!
FH wants a yellow cake with strawberry and banana fillings
I want a chocolate cake with raspberry and vanilla cream filling!!

We had yellow cake with raspberry and canoli with chocolate chips:) I hate canolis but I love it when it is a cake

We think we're going to have the yellow cake with strawberry filling, or we'll do half strawberry and half canoli... FH is Italian and has a big Italian family.. they love canoli's.... but I'm not a big fan.. but I loves me some strawberry filled cake!
