CAKE TIME!

alrighty so our 1year anniversary is this Saturday!!! i can't believe how fast it's gone So of course i'm asking the ever popular 'de-frosting the cake' question...if i put it in the fridge thursday evening do u think it will be entirely defrosted for saturday night?? it'll be 2full days i guess..not sure if i should take it our wed...or maybe early on thursday?? what do u think???

We Wil have ours when we get back from our trip.

Taking it out Thursday evening should be fine. Check on it on Saturday morning to see how it's defrosting. If it still needs some time, take it out of the fridge to finish before you eat it Saturday night.

2 days to defrost is perfect - that's what we did and it was fine.
