so i took calligraphy in high school, and in college. i've done a few jobs here and there, things to help out people i worked with, went to school with. i was considering doing my own calligraphy for the invitations. in all honesty, yes it would save money, but am i just being an idiot? lol

If you do it really well, then why not go for it! You can put the money you save towards something else. Do a sample and see how it comes out.

honestly, its not that hard, you can probably pick up a book and teach yourself. just make sure to get actual pens and nibs not the markers, they tend to be very sloppy.

i think i'm going to, screw it i'll save money. do you think it would be weird if i got a stamp for the return envelopes? like if it were still in calligraphy but not my own handwritting like the invitations?
