I'm Cindy and I've been with FH for 4.5 years. We got engaged this past Thanksgiving (weekend). We are going to have our e-party in July - can't wait

Hello Everyone,
My name is Tara and my FH, Carlos, proposed on May 10th, one week before our 6 year anniversary. We have not booked the reception hall yet but we are planning on looking around this month. We are planning on a May/June 2007 wedding. I would love for it to be on our anniversary date, May 17th but we will see!!!

That's what we did..We are getting married on our 10 year anniversary!! I really wanted a date that had some history and meant something to us. We were so happy that it fell on a Friday night!!

that's the date i originally wanted! memorial day sunday....but when my RH told me it was gonna be 165....i quickly changed to a cheaper sunday!

Hi girls, my name is Stephanie, FI's name is Cal and we have been together 4 years. We got engaged last year on our 3 yr anniversary (6-23-04). We were supposed to get married on our 5 yr anniversary, 6-23-06, but unfortunately his mom has had a recurrence of cancer, so we are postponing until June of 2007. =(

Thank God for the '07 board, b/c now I don't feel so bad knowing there are others out there for 2007! =)

Is it too early to book a DJ? I have an appointment with one that we love today but I feel a little skeptical about leaving a deposit 2 years in advance.

I don't think its too early at all. I already booked DJ and Photographer. As long as you know that your not going to change your mind. I'm gald I did it already, we have a lot more time to pay it off!! HTH!!

We booked at East Wind too...and I also don't think it's too early to book a DJ. I will be booking this fall, I'll probably be booking most of my vendors this fall, so I have and idea of what I need to save -money wise.
