I was just wondering where all you 9/03 brides were at with your vendors & things. EVERYONE keeps telling me that I am soooooo ahead of myself, but I feel like I'm lagging, and that not everything is going to be done by the time the wedding comes around......

Marisa-thanks for the update-jeez, i'm off for a night and I miss a hell of a lot! Who was the fake bride? I love reading those posts, i'm gonna have to look back now. Tell me a little about your photo person, prices? packages? location?. That's where I am now in my planning.

They are crazy expensive and I am very sick for considering them!! Creative Compositions- about 6k for a 72 image album and two parent albums!!! I am getting them to throw some other stuff in!!! Loose pics and stuff!

I don't know if i have a picture on myself on this computer. I will have to check. Curly can you maybe save a table or 2 in your area so we can all sit near eachother? I don't know how big the tables are but it would be great if we could all sit in the same area. I am coiming in from the city on the train so I will probably get there later then most of you.

Ladies,
I started a thread similar to the one for the newlyweds about tmrw's seating and everyone got all sensitive and whiny, uuuuggghhhh

I just thought it would be nice to sit with a few of you gals. I will try to save seats but if it doesn't work out (with over 115 brides!!!! ) just look for each other at one point to be sure and take a pics. See you then

I forgot to share. I am starting to take care of my skin for the wedding. I am getting 1 and 1/2 hour facials every 3 months until Sept starting this Saturday. Ahhhhhh peace and relaxation. I can't wait!!!!!!

I was thinking of starting facials as well. Mycroderm abrasions are supposed to be gentle and good for the skin. I think my face would go into shock if it was taken care of. I usually just run it uner the shower and go.

I recommended my girl to dcbride (another 9/03 bride) and she actually just called to make an appt for Sat too. Isn't that funny, LOL!! Mine is at 10:30, hers at 2:30. i think it's a good time frame to start doing this. Facial shock here we come........

We are moving along on our posts. We will be at 1000 before we know it. Lets start a post that will get responses.

Why don't we tell a little about ourselves and FH. i will start.

I am a Benefits Specialist for a publishing company. I love my job but it can get very busy. My FH is an ironworker and loves his work but of course it makes me nervous knowing he hangs off of tall buildings. We have know eachother since first grade and still can't believe we are getting married. We live on the Upper Eastside and are actually getting ready for a move Feb 1st. We are only moving about 3 blocks but it is still such a hassle. Hope this all doesn't sound to nerdy just thought it would be a way to get our posts up there. LOL What a geek I am!!!

My sister thinks I'm already a geek so why not, here goes:

I am a contract underwriter in Melville (as you can see it was slow today because I posted ALLLLLL day). I got my B.S in '96. FI is an electronic technician in Huntington and he LLLOOOVVVEEESSS his job, unlike me. We have knwon each other since I was 12. Started dating when I was 18. First and only boyfriend!!! We are in house hunting HELL!!!! Don't live together yet.
