I'm having trouble finding a restaurant that will let me do an RD on a Saturday night because it's peak going out time. Where are Sunday brides doing their RDs, preferably in Nassau?

We are going to have ours on the Friday before the wedding. I don't know where it is going to be though. I am not 'allowed' to give input.

Jackie Reilly's - not sure what town it is in - but they are open for a Saturday RD.. I was having the same problem as you...but they are 100% great to work with.
Jennifer is the banquet manager - she said they do RD & parties any night of the week!!!

I am doing church at 11:00, then a lunch right after on Saturday. I didn't want to be stuck at a restaurant the night before, I figure I will have tons of things running through my head, that I wouldn't really be focused.
