when FH and I booked our date Bob had told us that the cocktail room for the Astor Room is getting renovated!!! We saw the renderings for it and it's going to be beautiful!!!!!

Can't wait!

I believe he said they were going to try for this year, don't remember a specific time frame :)

Are you getting married in the Astor room as well!?

I coulda sworn they were starting this month but it must have been pushed back. Yes I am which is why I cant wait for them to do it loll The renderings are GORGEOUS

They could be, I am not 100% sure. I know I cannot wait to see the end result. That was the one room we thought didn't match the other renovations so we were like hmm, i wonder if that is going to be next and then our next visit Bob told us, when he was showing us and our parents. and we were just like PERFECT, when do we sign the contract !?! haahha

I actually asked them (since november can be nice or can also be cold) if I could have the cocktail hour inside but also have it all set up outside and they said thats no problem, I'm not sure if it changed but they told me they will have french doors that lead to outside from the actual cocktail hour room :) You def gotta go check out the renderings because its gonna look amazing once its all done

They renovated almost the whole place! I love the new look they are going with!! Very modern and sleek. Can't wait for October!! We are using the Vanderbilt room and love that they redid the room with bright colors.. Makes it look so much bigger!
