I am going to book the Carltun this week and I was wondereing if there is room for negotiation. I don't think they are going to budge on price but can I get them to throw anything in?

I'm not a Carltun bride, but I just wanted to say good luck and Congratulations! The Carltun is absolutely beautiful, if our budget was bigger that would have been my choice. In my own experience it was easy to get stuff thrown in, not as easy to get the price lowered.

October may be a good month to try some bargaining. I agree, getting extra stuff is easier than getting a lower cost.

i went to a wedding there and it was GREAT. the food was amazing. good choice!

I met with Carltun. They were willing to go down on price during winter months. 'Down' to around $205/pp. I believe all months except Jan-late April are considered prime time. In other words, I wouldn't expect them to lower price for OCtober. But you can always try. IT's certainly a lovely place!

If you are willing to do it under a year like 6 moinths they will negotiate in the $160 area!
