I would wait too. They have an expiration date on them. You have time

Re: Cameras for tables
I am looking into them now--but I don't want the expiration date to be too close to my wedding. What do you mean by recycled? You can only use disposable cameras once---i'm not understanding this--the ones on EBAY are new.

Re: Cameras for tables
The ones on ebay are recycled which means they were already used once and then they put new film in and just covered the old body of the camera. They were already used once and turned in for developing and they recycle the outside portion of the camera. I think :)

Re: Cameras for tables
we got ours at Staples, and since then I have seen them on sale again and again. Ours had a 2004 exp, and we were married in May 2003. All the pictures were great .
We picked up the cameras in February, and kept them in a cool dark place (in a bag under the bed)

I don't know about e-bay cameras, but I wouldn't worry about buying them too early as log as they don't expire. If you have the money know and want to get that out of the way that sounds like a good idea to me. Les to do when things are more hectic. JMO though
