i need a list of what to bring to the RH for the ceremony and reception

for example:
aisle runner
card box
flute glasses
menus
programs
mint tins
donation scrolls
unity candles and holders
votive candles
other candles
knife and cake server
we do
petal cones
kids bags

marriage license
rings
tip envelopes
emergency kit

what else am i missing???
