can anyone recommend a jewelry store NOT on etsy or online?

I want to get a pearl necklace with some bling and matching chandelier earrings I would like to see them in person rather then but online. If I don't like them I have a bad habit of saying ill ship it back but never do!!! I dint want to get stuck with experience jewelry! I didn't see anything at tri county yesterday really either!
I think I have narrowed down my search to.something like these

Where is that?

Smithaven mall. I saw some of their stuff at the bridal show tonight and it looked very pretty!
