Can anyone tell me how to???

how to change their chat picture.
I cannot delete the one I have now....

Please help!!

The same thing was happening to me the other night.......or so I thought. I would delete the current avatar, and add the new pic. But, then went I went to look at the current avatar, it still showed the old one.

However, the new one really was already in place. It has something to do with the refresh rate or something on your computer. Add the new avatar. Post on one of the threads. You will see your old picture. But, hit refresh and you will see the new one! The next day you come on, everything will be fine.

Thanks so much !!

Sorry but what thread are u talking about??
