You should defenitly not wear stocking with open toe sandles.

I agree!!

Ditto. I hate that look - I think it's tacky. JMO, of course.

um, thought this was a PUBLIC forum...and if you do a search you'll see hundreds of posts advising against open toe shoes with stockings.

What I am just giving my opinion

YOU ARE PATHETIC

I have to agree .. I find it 'ironic' that you are giving Ciminok your opinion TODAY when normallly you stay completely out of her threads ... it's starting to stink around here

I also think you little AVATAR title should GO, Bridget&Jimmy .. real subtle [yawn]

How one-sided .. meanwhile others of us are dictated on what they can and cannot use as the chat title .. hmm

It's our 'something cute'.

I disagree Felicia, I think it's starting to smell BETTER around here.

How did simple fashion questions and advice turn into a war?

Kelly, trust us, don't wear sandals and stockings. If it is too cold to go without hose, it is probably too cold to wear open toed shoes.

Well actually, its not cute at all .. its obnoxious.. and most of us know why

Actually the air TEMPORARILY started smelling fresher about a month ago around here.. it was very nice on these boards once 'things' started clearing out.

Too bad it couldn't have lasted a bit longer

I appreciate that Juliet...But, if you (and anyone else) reads back over the post...My initial question was not about wearing stockings with sandals.

Seeing as you've only been around for a few months, I'll brush that little nonsensical BS off as you not knowing any better.

I know that, but what these girls are doing is what a friend would do. You mention in passing that you are going to do something and your friend knows that you aren't asking about it, but she wants to save you embarrasment, so she says, 'I love the dress, but are you sure you want to wear those shoes?'

My maid of honor does this all the time and she is usually right. It is unsolicited and has been annoying on nights when I was all ready to go out and I had to change my pants because she told me what my FH couldn't for fear of getting hit, but she saved me embarrassment

Let's all take a chill!

What the heck happened? I am so lost...so clueless

Ciminok, I think your dress sounds lovely.

I think the open toe shoed question sprang from the overall conversation about your ensemble.

Don't worry Kel & Rain - you'll be able to change your title soon enough.
