I need to budget. Here is my list of tips and I need to know how much
Maitre d- 300 (suggested by hall) Photog x2 Video Bridal Attendant DOC DJ MC Makeup (at my house) Hair(salon)
Am I missing anyone? How much each?

I think we ended up tipping our Maitre D $3.50 per person -florist delivery $20 -bridal attendant $150 (she was awesome) -DOC $100 (I think ... maybe more) -altar boy $40 -DJ $100 -limo $50 (on top of tip I paid ahead of time) -hair $15 (self employed and all my girls got their hair done) -makeup $20 (again, self employed and everyone got their makeup done)

Our photographer is self employed as well. We'll tip when we get our albums. Not sure yet how much we'll tip... probably $100?

Yea I was figuring since my hair is at a salon I will tip like I normally do 15 bucks or so.

That's what I did-$20 tip, my hair was done at the salon on a regular business day (i.e. they didn't have to come in on a day off etc).
For makeup, I tipped $100 (but that was for 4 girls).
Bridal attendant: $100 Maitre D $375 (about 3.5 pp) DJ/MC $250 Limo's $20 each (on top of the included gratuity) Buses $100 each (they did runs before and after the wedding, the after was rowdy and loud). Flowers-nothing, they came earlier than expected and we weren't there unfortunately. Photo and video-nothing yet Ceremony music-$25 pp

is it customary to hold off tipping the photog until you receive the proofs? or the albums/dvd? will he be expecting something that day?

The 300 is included i think but i may tip on top of that (like another 100)
