Can't call FH at work- so annoying!!!!

This is so ridiculous!!!! My FH hates his job soo much. His boss is a beyach!!!! Things are so tense there. She has even started monitoring the ingoing and outgoing calls in their department. He informs me that I cannot call him and vice versa or he will hear it from her.

I hate this!! I am not the type of woman who calls several times a day anyway- what for?? I do however call maybe once or twice during the work day. Now to be told I can't irks me.

Sorry for the vent- had to let it out.

My FI works in the airport and I cant call him unless its a huge emergency. I didnt even know his terminal phone number till just recently.

He calls me when he can otherwise when he leaves at 2 I dont speak to him till he gets home at midnight.

I had a boss like that... i couldn't send personal emails, but thats all HE did all day. And he had the nerve to share them with us (usually jokes) F'en hypocrite!!!

Does FH have a cell? Maybe he can leave it on vibrate and you can call there?

I remember several posts of yours RE: your FH job and the stress it causes. It seems like it is time for him to move on if she is not going anywhere....this lady sounds insane!

He does have a cell- he will not leave it on, it is that bad at his job.

This lady is really insane.

He has been looking for another job, but nothing. He is trying to break into Sports Management, and that is a hard field to get into. I have been giving him leads to follow up on, but no dice.

He and his boss are always butting heads, I am praying day to day that he does not lose his job.
(knock on wood)

It is just hard to not be able to talk to him

talking to my fh at work is hard too - and even harder since i am out of work whenhe is in and vice versa...so i feel your pain!!

I can relate though - they are putting passwords on our phones at work so they can see how long you're on each call, who makes each call, and where you're calling

I have the same problems with my FH's job. I can only get in touch with him on his breaks. If I miss his breaks then I miss his call and cannot call him back. So then I really don't talk to him from when I leave at 7am- until 11:30pm when he gets home.
