Definetely Wally Lamb- both of his are amazing. I am reading Lovely Bones right now and its great.

I second Wally Lamb's She's Come Undone, I also loved James Patterson's Suzanne's Diary To Nicholas and Nights in Rodanthe.

Well, I'm just finishing up the third installment of the Harry Potter books and will be starting the fourth one tomorrow - They're so much fun.
The Pact - was great and the made for tv movie on Lifetime was pretty good as well. (The book was better though)

I'll third and fourth The Lovely Bones and She's Come Undone - I just read one called The Crimson Petal and the White by Michel Faber. It's set in VIctorian England and it is about *****s/prostitutes! I LOVED it! Go read the review - it's not as salacious as it sounds....
