can you tell if you'll have trouble conceiving?

is there any sort of test you can take to find out if you'll have trouble conceiving later on? this may be a dumb question but i have no idea and am very curious.

I think firstly a regular period is a good sign. Also the absence of thyroid problems, PCOS, STDs are very helpful as the previous mentioned can cause fertlity problems. But the truth is you never know till you try JMO
