Is this possible? Has anyone tried to do this? I am not that crafty and would need some serious help. I would buy them but the quotes I have gotten are outragous (like $250 - $350 per tree)!!!!
Or has anyone found a really really good price on them?

Have you asked Laurie from LA Blossom? I believe she makes those..

my mother is in the process of creating 'tree like' centerpieces using tall clear tower vases, wiring, and clear beads. on the bottom there will be 4 votive holders with candles that will make the beads glow from the light. it is time consuming, but when plopped in front of the t.v. it keeps the hands occupied. i wish i could post a pic, but i don't have one just yet...

I second that. Im looking for something similar to what your looking for. I wanted a tree with hanging votive candles. LA Blossoms sent me a pic. Give Laurie a call or simply ask at the 'Vendors helping Brides' section.
