Candy

What types of candy would you like to get at a candy buffet. Here's what we are thinking now: Peanut and plain m&m's, reese's peanut butter cups, candysticks, rock candy, lemon heads, ring pops, atomic fireballs, warheads, sour patch kids.

ooh that sounds good! my BM just told me to stay away from too much chocolate and we cant have gum - incase it gets stuck in the rugs or stains anything

m&M, hershy bars minis, starburst, jelly beans, jolly ranchers, twizzlers, mike n ikes, or good and plenty, swedish fish, air heads

That is all i can think right now

we're doing based on our fall color theme:

candy corn, caramel, lindt truffels, salt water taffy, reese's pieces, tootsie rolls, jelly beans, honey sticks, autumn color hershey kisses

that sounds good--a nice variety.

i always look for chocolate covered pretzels.

Yes those are yummy. I was just at my friends wedding and she had toosie rolls, twizzlers, fundip, laffy taffy, nerds....and much more. That was just what I took,lol.

I want to do a buffet too because I'm the day before Halloween... Do you think I should have that as the favors.. As in a 'Trick or Treat'.. Or get another type of favor on top of having the bar..

Gum balls, Candy necklaces, Mini trick or treat chocolates, Fun dip, Nerds, pixie sticks, Sugar Daddy, Reeses peices, Swedish fish, Starburst, Jelly Bellys.. Etc.. Those are all great to have at a buffet =)

Okay I added to the list: starburts, jolly ranchers, air heads, Hershey's bliss, charms sour balls, heart/flower lollipops. The candy buffet is our only favor.

Yeah.. I figured it might save me.. maybe... LOL... I plan on taking advantage of after Halloween sales.. Candy doesn't normally expire for 2+ years!!! I advise any bride to take advantage of it too!!

sugar based candy will be fine long term....but dont buy the chocolate!!!! it'll turn white and chalky!!!! or possibly melt in the summer months and get yucky
