Candy Bar Wrapper Help

In the process of trying to finish a whole bunch of DIY projects for a friend's shower and I wanted to make those candy bar wrappers....However, I'm having a ton of trouble creating the template.

I was hoping that someone on here would possibly have a template they could share with me that would work in any of the Microsoft Office programs or know where I can find one.
