Is anyone having issues viewing registries online for Macys? My SIL is getting married and registered there but for some reason it will not pull up the bridal registries. I tried going directly to the Wedding Channel website and keep getting an error message. I tried on three browsers too, Firefox, Explorer and Safari!
Anyone else having these issues? Thanks!

This happens with Macy's fairly often. I once called Macy's about it and they blamed it on their link to weddingchannel.com.

I just added to my registry today and checked it when I got home (as both the bride, and then again from the 'guest' view) and it was all working fine. Maybe just a temporary technical glitch?

I don't remember getting a password when I registered in store. I tried requesting a password and told me that my email address was not registered Any thoughts?

Depending on how soon she's getting married, she might have the registry on 'private' meaning she's registered with Macy's but unless you're her, you can't view it. She can choose on the site when she makes it 'go public.' Maybe thats it...
