so i went to a bridal shop today to get the monalisa royale. i like the dress.. but i was def settling cuz im tired of looking. well i got there.. i put it on, my mom came in..and said...NOTHING.
she had a look on her like... she wasnt happy with that dress... wellllll i looked at it..and something was wayyy offf the material felt sooo diff from the other 4 stores i tried it on..and the crystals just didnt sparkle. it was weird. i guess im guna continue looking next week.. ALONE or with a friend.. def not with my mom..cuz my mom has my cuz from greece and i just cant take it with her anymore. she doesnt speak english.. she has an irritating voice...shes not all there in the head..and today she was interrupting the sales lady like 5 times.
i just cant do it. so my shopping experience with my mom is officially ruined because my cuz is staying with my mom for a MONTH
whatever... not like im going to ever find a dress. i hate this. i wish i never planned a wedding.

Please don't settle! I didn't think I would ever find a dress either or get that 'the one' feeling but I did and I'm so glad I didn't settle. I feel like you might like Priscilla of Boston - have you looked there? I tried on, literally, at least 120 dresses. So please don't give up.

I would also recommend Eve gowns (if it's in your budget) - they're definitely ballgowns, and have TONS of detailing. Check my album for pics of my Eve gown. Also, Jasmine (as someone else said) has ballgowns with lots of detailing. As my consultant at Lillette's told me, they're like the less expensive version of Eve gowns.
ETA: I was almost sold on a Jasmine until I found my Eve. But had I not found the Eve, I would've gone with the Jasmine

I agree, Eve and Amalia Carrera dresses have a ton of detailing if they are within the budget...I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble... Don't settle because you will regret it

I do not think it has a much beading as you would like but maybe they could add on to it. They can also remove the halter straps (i asked about that). This dress is very poofy, it was too poofy for me bc I am very short so it was like as wide as I am high lol
