yes i am a nurse..i'm on an orthopedic floor and other surgical patients. Today is pretty quiet

yes we get ER patients. fractured hips/ankles etc

When I was fresh out of nursing school, and at my first job, I was made Head Nurse, and I didn't think it was a good thing. I think they just did it because they were hard up for nurses. How are we in the US, doing in meeting the need for nurses? Not so long ago, the hospital I graduated from, hired nurses from the Phllippines, to fill the void. Mary MOB
