Cant wait.....

Going house hunting today. Going to several open houses. Hopefully we find something we love!!!!! We really want to purchase another home. So if we find something soon and it doesnt need a major overhaul, we will be renting out one floor of our house. So i will let you girls know. In case anyone is looking to rent at that time. We shall see Fingers crossed!

Good luck! We went yesterday in Massapequa and had a pretty preductive day. Houses aren't as gross as I expected them all to be!

Not sure where you looked but gross as in $$ or looking??? Also, remember in Massapequa try to stay in the Park. Because the other areas like East Mass (closer to Amityville) are going down. Which is why people are selling. Another great area is on teh water but pricey. we have fam there. Just a small tidbit. Im looking in the RVC (think Rockville links area) or Garden City or Oceanside. We started in Massapequa but its just to far from our families & we dont want that. But they have some nice homes there. We looked at a Balcony Split today that im in love with. Maybe a bit pricey though. We shall see! lol

OMG I just read that you're gonna look in RVC and Oceanside...that's where we're looking to buy in another year! So we may be neighbors!
