My dress is strapless, but I wanted them to add cap sleeves to it. Is this hard? I didn't think so, but someone I talked to said they never come out right. Anyone have any problems with this?

Re: Cap Sleeves?
I know a lota people who added cap sleeves to strapless, and it came out perfectly fine.
Depends where your getting your gown from, the place I got mine from has NO problem at all doing any cap sleeve with any design.

Re: Cap Sleeves?
the first gown I looked at was strapless, and when I had suggested adding cap sleeves the woman said it would be no problem at all... it would just cost a bit more.

if you have a good steamstress/dressmaker it shouldn't be a problem!

My gown has cap sleeves(which is the way I am wearing it) but can also be strapless.
I don't see why they couldn't add cap sleeves to your gown.

Re: Cap Sleeves?
When I was looking for dresses I was told that any strapless dress could have cap sleeves added. You shouldn't have a problem as long as you have a good seamstress.

Re: Cap Sleeves?
Not to deter to you, but be careful. Many places say you can add cap sleeves to to strapless dresses, rember they are trying to make a sale. It changes the cut of the dress. One place i went to said it never really comes out right because a strapless dress wasn't designed with arm holes.
If you have a seamstress you trust I would ask them over the bridal salon. I felt the same way you did. I wanted sleeves and I got them. I found many dresses with Cap sleeves at Burtons and Lilettes
