Re: Captain Bill's ?

I've never been there but it looks really lovely. We have friends who got married there last year and they said it was really nice. We looked into at one time. We did think it would sound a little funny on the invites though...please join us afterwards for a reception at Captin Bills
But, like I said, I've heard good things about it.

Re: Captain Bill's ?

That's the name of the place but they have a new name that they use sometimes-it's 'something @ Captain Bills' You could probably use that name on your invites. The new building is really pretty-my coworker had her reception there last year. I don't remember the food, but the place was nice & on the water.

Re: Captain Bill's ?

Hi-
The adjacent building is called the Bayview House, and it is very nice. We went to a wedding there a couple of years ago, and I really liked it. And I remember the food was very good...Definitely worth checking out.

Re: Captain Bill's ?

I am getting married their next oct. The resturant is called captain bill's and the catering hall is the bayview house. So on our invitations will put bayview house @ captain bills. It is really beautiful high ceilings and windows from floor to ceiling all around. Cocktail hour outside under a tent with or without the sides attached. The food is great, and the price is very resonable. Any other questions just ask. oh one more thing it is right on the bay. really nice. Hope you look into it.

Re: Captain Bill's ?

We just had our reception ther on 9/6/02. It was so beautiful. I thought the same thing when I heard the name, but it's so nice. They did a great job! It has a bridal suite upstairs, that looks over the reception hall. The room also has a huge fireplace and I loved the BIG windows looking out at the bay. Most places don't have a lot of windows. The foof was excellent and everyone raved about the cocktail hour. Good Luck
Amy
