carb freee

been busy today at work so this is the first i am getting on.

FH and I decided to go carb free for a month until my b-pics (fh is doing it to support me lol)....today is the first day! eek im nervous bc i loove me some carbs but so far so good.

wow thats awesome! we are kinda following south beach which is really similar to atkins....my sister did SB diet a few years ago and lost a lot of weight so i figured i'd try it.

its easier for some people than others. i did it okay a few years ago. i couldn't never stick with it forever.

but a month? sure.

FH crashed HARD though.

yeah... i never realized how big my dad was until he dropped 50

for me ... i was great. i was all MEAAAAATT.

fh loves pasta and bread and he was like 'NOOOO'
