Card boxes - ideas?

okay ladies, so today after work I want to go to Micheals to get started on my card box! I love the ones from for the modern bride.com but they wont let you copy the picture. Do any of you have any pics of card boxes (ideally in ivory/gold tones) or any helpful websites?

thanks!

ps. i went to the post office and got thefree boxes like someone suggested!
