Carpet woes and carpet victory

I've been waiting for my new carpet to be installed, but it's been on back order at the warehouse for 2 weeks now. I was tired of waiting, so I called the warehouse and was told we can expect delivery in the next 6-8 weeks. WHAT?! My baby will be here in the next 3-4 weeks, and I can't wait!!!!

SO.... I canceled my carpet and today dragged my cousin out to find the same yellow carpet I had ordered. I went to Carpetland of Smithtown, where I found a carpet I like even better (it's green, not yellow) and dealt with the NICEST, most helpful salesman. AND they promised installation within one week of ordering! I brought the sample home to show Patrick, and he likes it too, so we'll order on Monday.
