How long did it take for your gown to come in?

I had a problem with my order and now i'm scared. It has not been ordered yet and my wedding is in 5 months!

I'm freaking out!

I ordered mine on 11/25 and it was in by mid February.

I'm sure they can put a rush on it...Let the bridal shop worry about it. Was it their fault?

The order was being held for the hollow to hem measurement. I was under the impression that the dress was ordered back in January when I put the order in and that the measurement would be done when the dress came in. She told me to look for shoes that I had plenty of time and come back around June. So I got the call today that I need to come in soon and that it was not ordered yet b/c they are waiting for my hollow to hem measurement. My mom and sister were with me when we ordered it and all 3 of us thought the dress was being ordered then too. How did all 3 of us misunderstand or it wasn't explained properly to me! Now I'm in a panic that it won't be here in time! So I don't know who's at fault, me for misunderstanding or them for not explaining it properly?!?!?


ETA: I made an appt to be measured for Thursday night. She told me Casablanca's take about 14-16 weeks to come in. So at latest that would leave me at mid Sept. for my Nov. 10th wedding. ::Fingers are crossed::
