I used them for my first wedding back in 2001 because they were a recommended vendor of my RH. I don't have many nice things to say about them, it rained on the day of my doing and instead of using the lobby which was beautiful to take pictures, the photographer used the lower level of the RH which was dark and institutional looking. After the wedding it took about 6 months to get the proofs and than almost a year later I finally got my album. They argued with me over what was included in my package and I think to this day they still have prints I have not picked up because they were charging me extra when the original package said they were included.

This time around I was smart and when we booked a photographer I got everything in writing and told them exactly what I wanted and did not want.

Theres a bride on here (i cant remember if its the bride above or not) that is having a HUGE problem with them. Ill have to research who it is but she has a problem getting her album. My co-teacher also used them and is still having issued getting her album. Its been 3 years since her wedding =(

A friend used them. I would NOT recommend them.
She hated the photographer and hated every photo, she felt they were not professional quality at all. It's also been like two years and she didn't get her album.

Woah!!! Thank you for the feedback. My FH best friend used them and her pictures were amazing. However after hearing these horror I am second guessing on this one = /
