Castle/Mansion Reception Halls?

Original post by brooklyncouple

My fiance and I are looking for an affordable castle or mansion to get married at. Definitely not Oheka because of the price! We will have around 125 guests for August 2011 on a Saturday night. Any suggestions along with prices would be so helpful to us. Thanks!!

Vanderbilt Mansion at Dowling :)

For Saturday night the site fee is $2500 (paid directly to Dowling College).

The cost PP is maybe $110 or so? (IDK cuz I'm Friday night)

LVE it there! I love that it's over 100 yrs old and there's a huge lawn behind it then the river.

I'm having my RH there too!The site fee for Fri and Sun is 1500.00 and the price varies btwn 99-115 pp. Its so pretty there and def worth checking out!
