We hosted brunch at the hotel we stayed and had rooms blocked at.

How about a local deli or restaurant?

Deli can help you with all of your bagels, croissonts, scones, juices, coffee dispenser,etc
They should also be able to help you with scramble egg platters, bacon/sausage, potatoes etc.

you could also stick to Fruit platter and Assorted bagels, scones, etc and do continental which is nice


For something a little more grand (servers, fancy displays, etc) Kitchen Kaberet is really good
