Land's End is beautiful. It has a cozy feel to it with a fireplace and it is on the water. The people and the food are amazing too!

I'm being biased....but The Milleridge! I'm having mine in the cottage, I don't remember the minimum b/c we exceeded it but I believe you might need more then what you are having, it's a huge room......but don't quote me on that!

I believe the carriage house (part of Milleridge) also has a fireplace & that's smaller & just as beautiful!

My friend got married at Timberpoint, it was also very nice! Food was great, service was great! no complaints!!

I think it's the larger rom at Fox Hollow with the fire place. But I think you may want to check it out!

fox hollow sounds like a good place for you too look.

definitely Fox Hollow - it's set up like a Ski Lodge - warm and comforting...plenty of fireplaces.

My completely unbiased suggestion is the Westbury Manor. I always hear people say that it's 'cozy' there. It has wood floors, a fireplace, and delicious food at a very reasonable price!

I liked the royalton in Roslyn, didn't fit our size party well, but very much like what you are describing.

I agree with the Royalton. They have two fireplaces in the main ballroom and 1in thecocktail room. The whole place is hardwood floors. It is beautiful but I am biased.

Watermill: Astor Room
It was cozy and had a fireplace.

hi - i am biased b/c i booked timberpoint but they DO have a fireplace and are a GREAT deal. i had no desire to go see it (i thought it was too far out) but my friend kept telling me - go see this place they offered us a great deal. i talked them down and ended up booking.....FM me with any questions.

i live very close to the riviera and didn't think it was that bad but to be honest i thought TP was much more for the $$.
