I wouldn't worry about 'more than 1 wedding at a time' if they stagger the schedule, like the Swan Club. I know that Douglaston Manor will let you have their place to yourself, but you pay a little more.

Definitely check out Old Field Club!!! They only do one wedding PER DAY...so you can choose when you want your reception to start. It's a beautiful hall right on the water.
