I was just wondering if anyone knew a price range for a 1 or 2 tier cathedral veil...no embellishments...cut edge...
I don't want to get ripped off!

No more than 100 I would think. It's just tulle that can be purchased by the yard at any craft store.
I'm buying the tulle and the swarovski crystals and going to give this all to my seamstress and she's making my veil for me

I went on ebay and typed in cathedral veil and specify whether you want it in white, diamond white, or ivory. You'll be amazed at all the hits you'll see. I wanted a two tier cathedral veil but I wanted extra length since I am tall...and extra fullness. I contacted one of the vendors on ebay and they made me a custom veil (2 tier, 120' long, 108' wide, cut edge, random swarovski rhinestones, detachable tiers) for $80. I just received my veil this past weekend and I LOVE it!!
You can get a one tier cathedral veil medium fullness for 25 dollars, I'm sure.

You can get a swatch of your dress and then try to match it up if you go to a store to buy your veil.

go to bridalstoreonline.com. You be able to find something they ask what color you want. I paid 89 for mine and it has pearls and beading on it.

I would say around 100 - but depending on how much detail you want on the veil will determine how much more...
