In my church the priest does not do the rehearsal. There is a woman who coordinates rehearsals and she was there with us.

Most of the time yes. But in my case, my priest that was marring us, had a funeral that night. So, we had the pastor.

In my church there is a couple that does the rehearsals. The priest has done it before so he doesn't have to rehearse (that was the priest's joke, not mine). But they take notes and leave it on his desk for the next day with your unity candle (if you choose to use one).

In our parish, a married couple coordinates the rehearsal - the priest isn't usually there.

I am not getting married in a Catholic church but was just a MOH in one. The deacon marrying the couple was at the rehearsal as well as a women coordinating. The woman pretty much ran the show and the deacon just did the parts he was responsible for. Also at the wedding, the same woman was there to help you line up for the entrance and tell you when to start.

I think it is different at every church. Mine was a rehearsal team and the priest was not there at all.

My FH's parish (where we are getting married) has someone in charge of the Rehearsal however the priest will be there as well.
