Marriage is a Sacrement in the Catholic Church so your wording would be perfectly appropriate. But the other suggesstions would be fine too. I like using the word Sacrament since it acknowledges the seriousness & formality of the occasion.

It's personal preferance. All are correct - you could even say The Nuptial Mass uniting....
