You're daaaaaaaaamn straight they did!

They opened with 'No Sleep Till Brooklyn' (which, oddly enough, the first time I heard that song I was heading to Brooklyn). They mixed old and new, including my fave from the new album 'Open Letter to NYC' and had a sick instrumental sequence in the middle and at the end.

The opening act was a dog show from the Pet Expo next door! and then Talib Kweli who is so incredible!

We had general admissions, so we were standing the whole time, but I had a fantastic time! I wanna go again!!

I wish I'd been out partying...we were all so tired after the concert that I almost feel asleep in my omlette at the diner. I was in bed by 11:45!!! and then up again Saturday at 9:30 for manual labor!
